Always my go to when I need used parts. Good stock, fair prices and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Came to u pull it Aurora got a part last week for the wrong car. Called today told me if it has the paint they said they could give me a refund. I came in with my baby boy couple months old so it was a hassle to even get there to only get store credit after he said yes. Talked to Jose . This place is bs charged me 3 dollars to get in and when I came a month ago charged me 2 dollars. Didn’t complain cause still can at least try to find a car. But u pull it in Joliet way better didn’t charged for me to get in and will do refunds says right on the receipt you have a month to return it!! Go to Joliet instead!!! Way better service. At least when you call and go into Joliet they have a system for you to find the cars. Not just thrown together in a field.

The store needs an online inventory of the cars they have in their yard. I called and the associate didn't even know if they had a particular car. I'm not going to waste my time driving 35 minutes to go to the yard when I'm not even sure that the parts that I need are available.

Absolutely horrible customer service, unknowledgeable people in the office. There are plenty of other U-Pull-It options around with better product and better customer service and organization.

I liked this place but not the 2$ fee per person but it's bss . They have their cars very well organized many cars ranging from 2000's and up very little 90's . I also liked that they have little wagons where you can put your tool/parts so you don't got to carry all of that stuff around. Also there is some decent spacing in the cars and there lifted which makes it easier to pull something out
